Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Review Services Ltd (“reviewservice.io”) uses cookies and similar technologies on reviewservice.io. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let sites remember information across pages and visits — for example, that you are logged in. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixel tags, and SDKs.
2. Categories we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to function. These cannot be disabled.
- Supabase session — keeps you logged in. First-party, duration: up to 1 hour (access token) / 7 days (refresh token).
- Stripe checkout — fraud prevention and session continuity during payment. Set by Stripe when you reach the checkout step.
- Consent state — remembers your cookie preferences. Stored in localStorage under
rs:cookie-consent.
2.2 Analytics (with consent)
- Vercel Analytics — first-party, no cross-site tracking cookies, anonymized at collection. Helps us understand page-level traffic. Loaded by default; no third-party transfer.
- Google Analytics 4 — first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) with IP anonymization. Data is processed by Google in the U.S. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
2.3 Marketing (with consent)
- Meta Pixel — first-party cookies (
_fbp) and a pixel tag sent to Meta. Lets us measure and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Loaded only after you accept marketing cookies.
3. Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking “Cookies” in the footer of any page. You can also disable cookies via your browser settings, though doing so may break essential functionality such as logging in.
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry standard for honoring it, we currently do not respond to DNT signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
