Yes. You can pause from your dashboard at any time. Already-briefed reviewers will still publish their work, but no new briefings go out until you resume. There's no charge for pausing.

Yes. Unfilled reviews are refunded prorated at any time, minus a 5% handling fee covering already-briefed reviewer compensation. Reviews removed by the platform within your replacement window (90 days to 12 months by tier) are replaced free.
