Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Review Services Ltd (“reviewservice.io,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the website at reviewservice.io and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

reviewservice.io coordinates the placement of authentic reviews on third-party platforms (currently Trustpilot and Google Business) from real, vetted human reviewers, delivered at a paced cadence chosen during checkout. We do not own or control Trustpilot, Google, or any other review platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business on whose behalf you order. The Service is offered to businesses and is not intended for consumer purchase.

3. Account & accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (including your current rating, review count, and the platform target you select) and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Pricing is shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully captured by Stripe. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required by law. Delivery occurs over the timeline shown at order time.

5. Refunds & cancellation

You may pause or cancel an order at any time from your dashboard. Reviews already delivered are non-refundable. Unfilled reviews are refunded on a prorated basis, minus a handling fee disclosed at cancellation. Where consumer protection laws grant a statutory right of withdrawal, those rights apply notwithstanding this section.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: (a) submit false or misleading business information; (b) target a platform or business you do not lawfully represent; (c) attempt to retaliate against, defame, or harass a specific person via a review request; (d) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; or (e) violate any applicable law.

7. Platform compliance & disclaimers

You are responsible for ensuring your use of reviews on third-party platforms complies with those platforms’ terms of service and applicable law, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) and the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive. While reviewers are real people, you acknowledge that platforms may at their discretion moderate, remove, or flag reviews, and we cannot guarantee the persistence of any individual review.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by reviewservice.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your account.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE A SPECIFIC OUTCOME.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless reviewservice.io from any third-party claims arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where local law grants consumers non-waivable rights, this clause does not override those rights.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for risk to the platform. You may terminate by cancelling all active orders and deleting your account from the dashboard.
